Withdrawal & Returns

This page summarises the withdrawal and return conditions set out in Article 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Your right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Excluded products

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • cut flowers, bouquets and fresh floral arrangements, being goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • made-to-measure creations produced at your request.

The exclusion is stated on the page of each product concerned. Where no exclusion is stated, the right of withdrawal applies. Potted plants and orchids, vases, containers, gift boxes and accessories sold separately are eligible for withdrawal unless otherwise stated on their product page.

The right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers. It is not available to business customers, except in the cases provided for in Article 19.2 of the Terms and Conditions.

Exercising the right of withdrawal is free of charge. We acknowledge receipt of your request without delay, on a durable medium.

Return and refund

The product must be returned to us no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.

We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after we recover the product or receive proof of its dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or non-conforming product

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, as well as our freshness commitment (5 days for cut flowers, 15 days for potted plants and orchids). Please report any issue to sav@reneveyrat.fr, with photographs.
